Encouraging picky eaters

Are meal times turning into a battle? My daughter was fine as a baby, but when she hit two years old the range of foods she would eat reduced dramatically. Dinner was the worst and it seem to go on forever. We have perservered - we became creative, lowered our expectations and tried not to make a big deal out of it. This stage I am sorry to say, lasted about two years. These days she eats a good variety and amount of foods. Hopefully the tips below will help you understand and encourage your picky eater.

World Asthma day, the 5th of May, will highlight an important issue impacting many Americans and their children. Asthma is the most common serious chronic disease of childhood, affecting nearly five million children in the United States.

Allergic Care Relief Centres said approximately 20 million Americans suffer from asthma, which is three times as many as 25 years ago, with one in eight children suffer from the disease.
