Tasha qualified as a Pilates instructor in both mat and studio exercises seven years ago after training with PICP (Pilates International). She specialized in ante and post-natal Pilates, which led her to present on Lifestyle channel’s Pilates TV as their pregnancy expert. Tasha’s broader Pilates and fitness experience includes training professional athletes.
