Dr. Brown is a pediatrician who specializes in child abuse. She regularly lectures to the medical and wider community about how to recognize and prevent child abuse, including shaken baby syndrome. Dr. Brown is the Medical Director of the Child Maltreatment Evaluation Program Mission Children's Hospital.
