Margaret Taylor holds a M.Ed. degree in Counseling from Clemson University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Davidson College. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and worked as a licensed professional counselor for eight years in a variety of settings including public mental health treatment, private residential treatment and private practice. Her primary focus as a counselor has been with children and parents coping with emotional problems related to grief and trauma. For the last nine years, her focus has been on parenting two children with her husband in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
